Here are the rules and conditions of our structure. Please read them CAREFULLY:
BOOKING AND SUBSEQUENT CONFIRMATION:

Confirmation of booking through email upon deposit of 25% of your booking through bank transfer or PayPal (the data will be specified in the confirmation email) or by giving your credit card number as warrantee.
Once the details of the payment of the deposit made have been sent, you will receive a definitive confirmation email and the booking will be considered valid.
The balance of the entire stay will be made at check-in in the following ways:
- credit card
- debit card
The payment can be made through bank transfer before your arrival. Each guest must show a valid document as proof of identity (identity card, passport, driving license) to enable us to register our guests at the Police Headquarters.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Cancellation of the booking must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date. In case you don’t cancel, the 25% of the whole booking paid as deposit, will be withheld.
Early departures will not be reimbursed once the stay has begun.
The Municipality of Reggio Calabria applies a tourist tax equal to 1 euro per night per person, for a maximum of 5 nights. The tax is NOT INCLUDED in the price of your stay. The receipt of your tourist tax will be given to you by the Municipality itself.
THE STRUCTURE’S MAINTENANCE
The B&B staff will have the right to enter your room for daily cleaning and any kind of maintenance services.
bIf any damage to the structure or to its contents should occur, the relative expenses will be credited at check-out and/or when they are discovered. The amount of 100,00 € will be credited for the loss of keys.
Valuable objects and documents must NOT be left unattended both in the rooms and in the communal areas of the structure.
We decline all responsibility for damage caused by guests due to events related to the use of the flats or otherwise, including physical and material damage, losses, thefts, robberies or any other criminal activity. We explicitly decline all responsibility for the loss of valuables or documents left in the rooms.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Rooms are available from 2 pm on arrival date, unless otherwise agreed upon. As soon as the client knows his arrival time, he can communicate it to the B&B by phone or by email, to avoid having to wait too long.
Rooms must be cleared before 10 am on the leaving date, unless otherwise agreed upon. The client can ask for luggage deposit.
Clients can access and exit the structure without time restrictions.
WHO CAN ACCESS THE STRUCTURE
It is severely forbidden for unknown people who do not reside in the B&B to access the structure, unless expressly authorised.
SMOKING in rooms and in all areas of the structure is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
- Reception from 8 am to 9 pm
- Express check-in and check-out
- Self-service sweet buffet breakfast (freshly made and packaged from the patisserie). Coeliacs and vegans can have a dedicated breakfast.
- Daily cleaning schedule (from 10 to 12 am, if the room is not accessible in this time range, the daily cleaning will not be carried out).
- Change of linen and towels every 3 days.
- Wi-Fi connection in the whole structure
- Guest Assistant: a person to refer to for advice on restaurants, itineraries, shopping and events
- We book guided visits and excursions
- Luggage deposit
- Free parking on the street
OUR EXTRA SERVICES
- Transfer to/from Reggio Calabria airport + 15€ each way
- Transfer to/from train station +10 € each way
- Transfer to/from the port +10 € each way
- Transfer to/from the Lamezia Terme airport + 50€ each way
- Extraordinary change of linen +10 €
- Supervised parking at 50 m from the structure (to be defined)
