Size S, for Single. Single bedroom (size of bed 80 x 190 cm), en suite bathroom with large shower and hair dryer, autonomous air-conditioning (hot/cold), 24” lcd tv, free Wi-Fi, desk.
Set of towels: shower towel, face towel, guest towel. Shower soap and hand soap.
Size M, for Matrimoniale (Double). Room with double bed (size of bed 160 x 190 cm), large en suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, autonomous air-conditioning (hot/cold), 24” lcd tv, free Wi-Fi, desk.
Set of towels (for each person): shower towel, face towel, guest towel. Shower soap and hand soap.
Size L, for Luxury. Large room with a double bed (size of bed 160 x 190 cm). Panoramic view over the Messina Strait, en suite bathroom with large shower and hair dryer, autonomous air-conditioning (hot/cold), 32” LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, desk. Set of towels (for each person): shower towel, face towel, guest towel. Shower soap and hand soap. An OPTIONAL BED can be added.
Here are the services we offer to our customers, both included in the price that is not included
- Reception from 8 am to 9 pm
- Express check-in and check-out
- Self-service sweet buffet breakfast (freshly made and packaged from the patisserie). Coeliacs and vegans can have a dedicated breakfast.
- Daily cleaning schedule (from 10 to 12 am, if the room is not accessible in this time range, the daily cleaning will not be carried out).
- Change of linen and towels every 3 days.
- Wi-Fi connection in the whole structure
- Guest Assistant: a person to refer to for advice on restaurants, itineraries, shopping and events
- We book guided visits and excursions
- Luggage deposit
- Free parking on the street
OUR EXTRA SERVICES
- Transfer to/from Reggio Calabria airport + 15€ each way
- Transfer to/from train station +10 € each way
- Transfer to/from the port +10 € each way

Daily cleaning, change of linen every 3 days, continental breakfast (products for coeliacs are available on request) are included in the price. You can also enjoy breakfast in your room.

Confirmation of booking through email upon deposit of 25% of your booking through bank transfer or PayPal (the data will be specified in the confirmation email) or by giving your credit card number as warrantee.
Once the details of the payment of the deposit made have been sent, you will receive a definitive confirmation email and the booking will be considered valid.
Credit card and Debit Card
The payment can be made through bank transfer before your arrival. Each guest must show a valid document as proof of identity (identity card, passport, driving license) to enable us to register our guests at the Police Headquarters.
Valuable objects and documents must NOT be left unattended both in the rooms and in the communal areas of the structure.
Rooms are available from 2 pm on arrival date, unless otherwise agreed upon. As soon as the client knows his arrival time, he can communicate it to the B&B by phone or by email, to avoid having to wait too long.
Rooms must be cleared before 10 am on the leaving date, unless otherwise agreed upon. The client can ask for luggage deposit.
Clients can access and exit the structure without time restrictions.
